Spruce Peak 2019!!

I'm still coming down after our 6th year SOLD OUT show at Spruce Peak and a huge thanks to you all for coming! We honored my nephew Chase Rideout Hyde who we lost in November with a tribute of his favorite song "Brandy" written by Looking Glass. We performed it with new member Shane Hardiman on keys and my vocals. It was not so easy getting through but we made it and you were all there helping me sing it. THANKS!!

Our sponsors also made it happen and thanks to Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Optical Expressions Berlin, VOLKL, Alpine Shop, National Life, 101 the One, WDEV, Freelance Automotive, VT Distillers, Tres Amigos, and Breton and Simon.

On top of singing "Brandy" as a highlight, we started the 2nd set with an a cappella Motown medley featuring Jeff Poremski, Chris Peterman, Rudy Dauth and Yahuba Garcia as well as Phil Rodriguez all vocalizing! We sung "My Girl", "What's Going ON", "Respect" and "Stand By Me'. It was a special one and Shane rocked the piano once again and Tommy on some percussion too..

The band rocked it  with Tommy Diehl-drums, Primo-guitar, Rudy Dauth-bass, Yahuba Garcia-percussion, Shane Hardiman-Keys/organ, Chris Peterman-tenor sax, Luke Laplant-bari sax, Clayton Dewalt-trombone and Phil Rodriguez-trumpet. Our sound team of Josh Niebling and Ezra Mulheron ,lighting hero Kyle Rose and photographer Brian Drourr also truly rocked it. Thanks to the entire Spruce Peak staff-Hope, John, Becky, Belinda,Patty, Kevin and Juliana for all their help!

WE helped out The VT Federation of Families with a raffle that raised over $800 and we are donating another $500 from the proceeds of the show. Thanks to VOLKL for the skis, Optical Expressions for the sunglasses, Alpine Shop for the season rental,Ladder One for the gift certificates and VT Distillers for the spirits.

Now it's back to real life as that show often feels dream like and takes a while to get back to reality. Special things are to come so please keep posted to our site and reach out anytime you feel our music is needed!

peace and rock,

Chad and the boys
